On June 10, 2024, General Resolution No. 1004/2024 (the “Resolution 1004/2024”) of the Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission (the “CNV”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, by means of which exceptions to the limitations on sales transactions of marketable securities with settlement in foreign currency and in local jurisdiction, previously acquired by individuals or legal entities resident in pesos with funds from UVA mortgage loans granted by local financial institutions, for the acquisition of real estate in Argentina, were incorporated.
