On April 10, Argentina’s Official Gazette published Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 302/2024 by means of which the Executive Power introduced changes to Law 27,078 Argentina Digital and repealed Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 690/2020.
The Decree modified the provisions of Article 48 of the Argentina Digital Law No. 27,078 and its amendments, allowing the licensees of Information and Communication Technology Services to set their prices, which must comply with the guidelines of reasonableness, covering the costs of the exploitation and tending to the efficient provision and a reasonable margin of operation of the service.
