Through Resolution ENACOM No. 7/24 (B.O. 04/03/24), the Provincial Delegations of the National Communications Agency (hereinafter “ENACOM”) were closed as from April 1, 2024 (Section 1).
At the same time, such Resolution established a 60-day transition period as from April 1, 2024, to attend and reassign the control tasks performed by the provincial delegations (Section 2).
