On March 25, 2024, General Resolution No. 994/2024 (the “Resolution 994/2024”) of the National Securities Commission (the “CNV”) was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, within the framework of granting the CNV, as enforcement authority to centralize the information regarding the Registry of Virtual Asset Service Providers, pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 27,739, the registry of virtual asset service providers is created.
