The Secretariat of Energy published today in the Official Gazette Resolution 41/24 (hereinafter “the Resolution”) establishing the gas prices at the Point of Entry to the Transportation System (PIST) to be passed on to end users in relation to current supply contracts or agreements entered into under the “PLAN FOR REASSURANCE AND ENHANCEMENT OF FEDERAL PRODUCTION OF HYDROCARBONS, INTERNAL SELF SUPPLY, EXPORTS, SUPPLEMENT OF IMPORTS AND EXPANSION OF THE TRANSPORT SYSTEM FOR ALL THE HYDROCARBONS BASINS OF THE COUNTRY 2023-2028” (Plan Gas. Ar).
