On January 26, 2024, Decree of Necessity and Urgency No. 89/2024 was published in the Official Gazette, in order to provide for the intervention of the ENTE NACIONAL DE COMUNICACIONES (ENACOM) to strengthen the deregulation process in the Information and Communications Technology Services (ICT) sector.
