El día 21 de diciembre de 2023 se ha publicado en el Boletín Oficial el Decreto de Necesidad y Urgencia (“DNU”) Nº 70/2023 titulado “Bases para la Reconstrucción de la Economía Argentina”.
We emphasize that the general objectives of this labor law are deregulation, reduction of litigation, elimination of bureaucratic work, promotion of private employment with a focus on SMEs and freeing the potential of the market in an environment of greater freedom, generating greater competition in all sectors of the economy, eliminating privileges, and adapting the labor regulatory framework to the current needs of the world of work.
