Last October 9, Resolution No. 815/2023 of the Secretariat of Energy (hereinafter the “SE”) was published in the Official Gazette extending for one hundred (100) calendar days the term stipulated in Resolution SE No. 574/2023, which established that the concessionaires must continue to be in charge of the Hydroelectric Complex, within the framework of Article 67. 1 of the Concession Contracts of the Hydroelectric Power Plants, and comply with all their obligations derived from the contract for sixty (60) calendar days, extendable for sixty (60) calendar days (conf. art. 1 of Resolution SE No. 574/2023).
