On August 3, 2023, the Central Bank of Argentina issued Communication “A” 7815, which amends the third paragraph of point 3. 2 of the regulations concerning ‘Foreign Transactions and Foreign Exchange’, which provides for having a sworn statement made through the System of Imports of the Argentine Republic and Payment of Services Abroad (SIRASE) in “Approved” status to access the foreign exchange market to make payments for services, except for transactions corresponding to concept codes S03 (Passenger transportation services), S06 (Travel), S25 (Government services) and S27 (Other health services).
