Through Resolution 606/23 of the Secretariat of Energy (hereinafter “Resolution SE 606/23”) (Official Gazette of July 20, 23, 23). 07/20/23), COMPAÑÍA ADMINISTRADORA DEL MERCADO MAYORISTA ELÉCTRICO SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (CAMMESA) and ENERGÍA ARGENTINA SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA (ENARSA) were instructed to carry out a refundable credit operation, according to the model contract approved as ANNEX I of such Resolution, with the funds as of June 30, 2023 of the Export Account of the STABILIZATION FUND of the WHOLESALE ELECTRIC MARKET, so that added to the loan obtained from the CORPORACIÓN ANDINA DE FOMENTO (CAF) for USD 540. 540,000,000, to guarantee the availability of the totality of the funds necessary to execute the work “GASODUCTO NORTE REVERSION PROJECT – COMPLEMENTARY WORKS TO THE GASODUCTO PRESIDENTE NÉSTOR KIRCHNER”.
