Through Resolution 621/2023, the Secretariat of Energy (SE) launched the National and International Open Call “TerCONF” in order to enter into Thermal Generation Reliability Supply Contracts with CAMMESA, which will act on behalf of the Distributors and Large Users of the MEM until their reassignment to them.
The purpose of this measure is to strengthen the reliability and supply of the SADI, since the conventional thermal generation park, due to its age and technological characteristics, is not sufficient at present.
