On July 20, 2023, Resolution No. 608/2023 of the Secretariat of Energy (SE) was published in the Official Gazette establishing some amendments and additions to the Annex of Resolution No. 314/2018 of the former Government Secretariat of Energy that had approved the rules for the implementation of Law No. 27,424.
Among the considerations, the Secretariat postulates that it is empowered to issue regulations for the Promotion Regime established by Law No. 27,424 and, in exercise of them, seeks to establish new categories of users and requirements for the incorporation of new distributed generation, with the objective – not explicit but evident – of expanding and making the alternatives for its development more flexible.
