By means of Resolution 507/2023, the Secretariat of Energy (SE) resolved to extend the term for refineries to comply with the environmental requirements of Resolution 576/19 regarding fuels of Res. 1283/2006, which established the general criteria of application regarding the quality of liquid fuels and determined in its annexes the corresponding specifications, subsequently modified by successive adjustments of the application authority.
