The Secretariat of Energy, by means of a note published in the media (NO-2023-64071764-APN-SE#MEC – EX2023-54291005-APN-SE#MEc), in view of the imminent expiration of the concession contracts in hydroelectric complexes, instructed the company Energía Argentina Sociedad Anónima (ENARSA) to temporarily assume the activity in those complexes in order to guarantee their operation once the concessions expire.
