By means of Resolutions No. 398/2023 and No. 399/2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on May 8, 2023, the Ente Regulador de la Electricidad (ENRE) approved the tariff charts to be applied to residential users Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3, which will be in force as from 0:00 a.m. on 05/01/2023, of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S. A. (EDENOR S.A.) and Empresa Distribuidora Sur S.A. (EDESUR S.A.).
