P.R.I.M.E. Finance is an independent, non-profit foundation based in The Hague and was established to help resolve disputes concerning complex financial transactions. P.R.I.M.E. Finance closely cooperates with the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the world’s oldest arbitral institution. The Panel is comprised of over 200 international legal and financial experts with a collective 6000+ years of relevant experience. So far, this appointment constitutes the first made by P.R.I.M.E. from a market expert coming from Latin America.
Sebastián Luegmayer has been working in capital markets, project finance, derivatives, digital assets, and corporate legal matters since 2005, and its inclusion in the P.R.I.M.E. Finance Panel of Experts adds another recognition to his expertise.
