On December 5, 2022, the Secretariat of Knowledge Economy under the Ministry of Economy, issued Resolution No. 234/2022 establishing the regulations applicable to Chapters I and II of Decree 679/2022, which regulates Law No. 27. 506 that created the “Regime for the Promotion of Investments for Exports of Knowledge Economy Activities” and “Promotion for Knowledge Economy Exports”.
