On November 1, 2022, the Resolution 68/2022 of the Secretary of Commerce was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic, by means of which the National Competition Commission (hereinafter CNDC) was instructed to initiate investigations for alleged anti-competitive practices.
The investigation will be carried out in relation to those companies related to the production and commercialization of mass consumption products that have increased prices during the year 2022 as a result of an abuse of their “dominant position in the market”.
