Eduardo Baistrocchi is Of Counsel within the Tax Law Department.
His consulting practice is focused on two areas: complex federal disputes, and tax treatment of transfer pricing under domestic law and agreements to avoid international double taxation.
His professional activities include his participation in tax disputes in areas such as transfer pricing in the automotive and commodities industries, local taxation in the telecommunications industry, and the agreements network to avoid international double taxation as applied to multinational companies.
Mr. Baistrocchi was Secretary-Legal Counsel (Secretario Letrado) of the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice.
He is a lawyer graduated with honors from the Law School of Universidad de Buenos Aires (1990).
He earned a Master’s Degree in Constitutional Law from the Harvard Law School (1993) and a Master’s Degree in Tax Law from the London School of Economics (1999).
Mr. Baistrocchi is a Fulbright & Chevening Scholar, which distinctions were awarded by the United States of America and the United Kingdom
He is an Associate Professor of Tax Law at the London School of Economics, and at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
