Agustín Siboldi, Partner of the Public Law and Economic Regulation Area, specializes in Antitrust, Energy and Natural Resources, and Telecommunications.
His practice focuses on the following areas in relation to economic regulation: antitrust, including economic concentrations and investigations in anticompetitive practices; telecommunications; exploration, concession, exploitation and transport of hydrocarbons; generation, transmission, distribution and commercialization of electricity; transport, distribution and commercialization of gas; commercialization of medicines; among other heavily regulated industries.
He is a lawyer graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires and holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas (ESEADE). In addition, he took a post-graduate course in Telecommunications Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School.
He has been recognized by the main international publications in the following practice areas:
Mr. Siboldi is a regular professor of the Economic Regulation course at Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas (ESEADE), which includes regulation of telecommunications, energy and antitrust matters. At the Argentine Association of Telecommunications Law, he teaches the course in Comparative Law: Telecommunications and Economic Regulation.
In addition, he is a former professor of the Theory of Civil and Commercial Agreements course at the teaching course of studies of Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School.
Co-author of the book entitled “Energías renovables no convencionales. Argentina frente al desafío de un futuro sostenible” published by Instituto Argentino de la Energía “General Mosconi”.
